I believe support should extend beyond birth. The postpartum period is tender, intense, and deeply transformative, and families deserve to be supported through it.

As a postpartum doula, I come into your home to offer steady, attentive care for both you and your baby. This can look like newborn care, light household support, and creating space for you to rest, recover, and be cared for. With a background in holistic nutrition and herbalism, I also support your healing through nourishing, nutrient-dense meals that honor your body’s recovery.

​My role is to help you find your rhythm in those early days, supporting your physical recovery, emotional wellbeing, and confidence as you settle into life with your baby. Together, we create a sustainable, nurturing environment that allows your whole family to feel more grounded and supported.
I offer hands-on, intuitive support that adapts to your needs in the moment:

• caring for your newborn so you can sleep, shower, or simply have a moment to yourself
• support with feeding, meeting you with patience and without pressure
• holding space to reflect on and process your birth experience
• emotional support through the intensity and adjustment of early postpartum
• connecting you with trusted resources and providers within the community
• helping organize appointments, logistics, and the many moving pieces of this new season

Rates

Available for 4 to 12 hr shifts

Sliding scale:
 $35 - $45 per hour for care during the day
​$50 per hour for overnight care
For locations more than 20 min from Kihei, there is an additional fee of $1 per mile.

First 3 weeks
43 hrs at a 10% discount
  • One, 1-hr planning visit before your baby's arrival (1 hr)
  • One, 4-hr daytime visit per week for three weeks (12 hrs)
  • One, 10-hr visit per week for three weeks (30 hrs), scheduled between 6:00a and 1:00a
  • Three weeks of care and seven visits (a total of 43 hrs of care) for $1,742.
first 12 weeks
145 hrs at a 15% discount
  • ​​One, 1-hr planning visit before your baby's arrival (1hr)
  • ​​One, 4-hr daytime visit per week for six weeks (24 hrs)
  • ​​One, 10-hr visit per week for twelve weeks (120 hrs) scheduled between 6:00a and 1:00a
  • Twelve weeks of care and 19 visits (a total of 145 hrs of care) for $5,546.
PLEASE NOTE
Due to the intensive nature of postpartum doula work, I can be present for you and your baby, but I will not be responsible for the care of additional children until your baby is over twelve-weeks-old.
